Sweet Storytelling Photos Between a Girl and Her Cat

Russia-based photographer Andy Prokh has taken these sweet, storytelling photos of his daughter Catherine growing up with their curiously cute British Shorthair gray kitty. Both of his subjects have oodles of personality which shines through in every image - from the ones where Catherine's playing a music instrument, while the kitten happily conducts, to where they're both involved in a somewhat serious game of chess. Shot mostly in black and white, the images have a classic fine art feeling to them yet they have that subtle touch of whimsy that makes them feel magical.
